Crossed follow-ups
A person and an assistant independently pursue the same customer, quote or renewal.
Contact Collision Audit · A SIMUL Interlock product
Your people and AI assistants share customers. Give them a shared view of who is doing what—before follow-ups cross and commitments conflict.
Available now: reviewed export audits and a browser workbench.
Live connections and automatic blocking are in development.
A shared customer and opportunity record reveals the overlap that separate tools can miss.
Inspect the evidenceThe coordination gap
Interlock’s first focus is the space between CRM activity, email conversations and automated follow-ups. We look for the same business action taking different paths.
A person and an assistant independently pursue the same customer, quote or renewal.
Separate messages reference different quote versions, prices or delivery dates for one opportunity.
A follow-up stays queued after a customer has replied, booked a meeting or resolved the topic.
A deliberate rollout
Begin with a clear baseline. Measure real conflicts before introducing controls into customer conversations.
Try the current prototypeReview up to 30 days of prepared activity exports. Identify evidence-linked overlaps and recommended rules.
Planned Gmail and HubSpot connections will compare activity across people and assistants without interrupting work.
After rules are validated, planned send controls will pause conflicts for an authorized person to resolve. Only routed sending paths can be controlled.
Founding offer
For agencies and teams running multiple customer-facing automations. Find out whether your tools are crossing wires—and whether a control layer is worth it.
Each audit receives an individual written quote before work begins. The quote confirms scope, delivery, applicable tax and payment terms.

The founding contact collision audit: a human-reviewed analysis of a prepared activity export covering up to 30 days and 5,000 activities. It includes up to 25 reviewed priority findings with evidence, recommended coordination rules and a review call. The interactive workbench is a working prototype. Live mailbox connections and automatic send controls are not available yet.
Two messages can have different wording and IDs while chasing the same customer about the same quote. Our pilot focuses on customer, opportunity, mapped topic and timing across tools, alongside quote versions and recent replies. The current workbench uses explicit fields, not automatic interpretation of arbitrary emails.
The audit does neither. We review exported activity and confirm likely conflicts with your team. Future enforcement will require the relevant sending paths to route through Interlock; it cannot control tools that bypass it.
Not yet. These are the first planned connector pair. Founding audits begin with agreed, minimized exports in our mapped CSV format. One validation and correction round is included; transformation of raw exports is scoped separately. Do not send passwords, tokens, full mailbox archives or attachments through the inquiry email.
The public workbench processes files in your browser memory and does not upload them. For a paid audit, we agree on access, secure transfer, retention and processing terms before receiving customer communications. See our privacy page for the current approach.
Interlock is being developed as a coordination layer around the tools you already use. You retain your CRM, email system and assistants. The audit first establishes whether a coordination problem exists and whether existing settings can solve it.
Every audit is individually scoped and quoted in writing. We confirm fit, sources, volumes, deliverables, applicable tax and payment terms before invoicing. The audit is a one-time service engagement with no automatic renewal. Any future monitoring or enforcement work will have its own agreed scope and quote.
Let’s find the friction
We’ll confirm fit, agree on the export scope and arrange secure transfer before the audit starts.
