Confirm with context. A legitimate revision or reply may explain this finding.

This prototype compares explicit mapped fields. It does not infer meaning from arbitrary emails, connect accounts, send messages or block activity.

CSV format and current limits

Start with the template. Gmail and HubSpot exports need to be mapped to this format; they cannot be loaded unchanged. Up to 5,000 rows and 3 MB. The identifiers and topic must agree across tools for the same customer opportunity.

event: outbound, queued, reply, resolved or reopened. occurred_at: ISO timestamp with a timezone. A queued activity uses its planned send time. Amounts need a three-letter currency code. Delivery dates must use YYYY-MM-DD. Optional quote and delivery fields support commitment checks. Resolved topics stay resolved until a mapped reopening, regardless of the lookback window.
