Privacy, with clear boundaries.
The browser workbench
The workbench processes sample data or your selected CSV in browser memory. It does not upload that file to SIMUL, save it in browser storage, or send it to an AI model. Clear data resets the active workbench; reloading starts a new session. A report you download stays on your device.
The workbench uses mapped fields and explicit rules. It is a prototype for review, not an assurance that all conflicts will be detected.
Inquiries
When you submit the enquiry form, we save your name, company, work email, tools, approximate activity volume and issue description in Cloudflare D1 database. We record your consent, received time, a reference, and owner notification status so we can respond, assess fit and manage the engagement. The dedicated Interlock owner and explicitly authorised SIMUL administrators can review the enquiry through an access-controlled administration page and keep private workflow notes. Your enquiry is not an agreement to receive marketing. Do not include passwords, access tokens, customer message archives, payment card details or sensitive attachments.
Owner email alerts use Resend and the owner’s Google Gmail inbox at simulinterlock@gmail.com. Alerts contain only the enquiry reference, received time, and a private administration link. They do not include your name, company, work email, tools, activity volume, or issue description. We record notification attempts, any error, the provider’s acceptance reference, and its acceptance time. A saved enquiry remains available to the authorised owner if an alert fails; the owner can retry the notification. Provider acceptance does not by itself confirm delivery to the inbox.
We also use a hashed network identifier and a short time window to limit repeated submissions. We review enquiry records for ongoing business need and handle correction and deletion requests through the contact address below. If you choose to email us directly, Gmail processes that message according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Paid audits
Customer communications are not accepted through this public website. Before receiving an audit export, SIMUL and the customer agree in writing on authorized data, secure transfer, processing, access, retention and deletion. If those arrangements cannot be established, the audit does not proceed. We do not use audit exports to train a shared model without separate, explicit permission.
Payments
After scope is agreed, clients may pay through a Square invoice or by e-transfer using the instructions on their invoice. Square handles card information on its payment page. SIMUL’s enquiry form does not collect payment card details. We retain invoice references and payment confirmation records for administration and accounting.
Website operation
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and protect the service. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to the Interlock pages.
Questions and requests
To ask about information you have sent to us, request correction or deletion, or discuss an audit’s data arrangements, email simulinterlock@gmail.com. SIMUL Interlock is a product initiative of SIMUL Energy.
